pjokk Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players in Bangladesh
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pjokk platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By accessing pjokk, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Terms at a Glance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pjokk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the pjokk platform at pjokk.pro, including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pjokk platform.
Eligibility and Age Verification
Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the pjokk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. pjokk enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You must register using accurate and truthful personal information, including your real name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using the account for commercial or professional gambling purposes without the prior written consent of pjokk.
Verification Process
pjokk reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of any account holder at any time. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address, or other documentation as reasonably requested by pjokk. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.
Account Registration and Security
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pjokk account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player (whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device) is strictly prohibited. pjokk employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pjokk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any balances held in those accounts, and void any bets or bonuses associated with them.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Never share your password with any other person, including friends or family members.
- Notify pjokk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Ensure that you log out of your account when using a shared or public device, particularly in internet cafes or shared mobile devices in Dhaka, Chittagong, or other cities.
Account Closure
You may request to close your pjokk account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements or unresolved disputes. pjokk may also close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
All deposits to your pjokk account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. pjokk accepts the following payment methods for deposits:
- Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction).
- Bank cards: Visa and Mastercard (processing times may vary from mobile wallet methods).
- All deposits are processed in BDT. pjokk does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own standard transaction charges.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals from your pjokk account are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. pjokk does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
- Withdrawal requests made before any applicable wagering requirements have been met will be declined. The bonus section of these Terms sets out applicable rollover requirements.
- pjokk aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad) within 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or for first-time withdrawals that require additional verification.
Anti-Money Laundering
pjokk complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. pjokk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal or deposit and to delay or withhold a transaction pending receipt of satisfactory documentation. Players must not use the pjokk platform for any unlawful financial activity.
Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by pjokk are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time each offer is made available. The following general conditions apply to all pjokk bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. New player bonuses are available to first-time account holders only and cannot be claimed more than once.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
- pjokk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or irregular betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the offer terms specifically state otherwise.
Modification and Withdrawal of Offers
pjokk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account before a modification is announced, the terms that applied at the time the bonus was credited will continue to govern that specific bonus. pjokk may introduce seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or major international tournaments — specific terms for each such promotion will be published separately.
Prohibited Conduct
Conduct That Is Strictly Prohibited
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pjokk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual without their knowledge and consent.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical defects in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform or to gain an advantage over other players or the platform itself.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
Responsible Gaming
Player Protection Tools
pjokk is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all account holders at no cost:
- Deposit limits: You may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders: You may set a session duration reminder so that pjokk notifies you when you have been actively playing for a defined period.
- Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the pjokk platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. A temporary exclusion may be set for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account indefinitely.
Limitation of Liability
Platform Availability
pjokk will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times. However, pjokk does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, network conditions, third-party service outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. pjokk will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, including losses of winnings or missed betting opportunities during a period of unavailability.
Limitation on Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pjokk's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pjokk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact
Amendments to These Terms
pjokk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pjokk will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, will notify registered players via the contact mobile number held on their account. Your continued use of the pjokk platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. pjokk operates as an English-language platform targeting players in Bangladesh. These Terms are intended to be interpreted in good faith by both parties.
